Ordering and Shipping Policies

We can ship to virtually any address in the world served by Postal or commercial Parcel services. At checkout time, we request all customers regardless of location to carefully review the shipping details entered and make sure that they are accurate before finalizing the order. The customer is responsible for any cost associated with re-shipping a returned order due to an erroneous or inaccurate address. For our customers outside the United States of America, please keep in mind the following:
1. Sound Vision does not offer free shipping to any destination outside the USA; orders to be shipped outside the 50 United States are assessed the applicable shipping costs, and any resulting import tax or tariff assessed by the Customs authorities in the destination country will remain the responsibility of the customer.
2. As we are based in the United States, the United States Dollar ($USD) is the only currency we transact in; any and all requests to charge in another currency will not be honored. Shoppers from outside the USA are responsible for knowing and accounting for any fees/commission which are charged by their bank(s) to make purchases in a foreign currency.
3. We are unable to obtain clearances against export control laws to certain prohibited countries. Unfortunately, if you place an order to be shipped to any country which is currently under export prohibition as regulated by US Department of State, we will have no choice but to immediately cancel your order and issue a full refund. 


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please keep in mind that, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may receive a book or other printed item that does not correspond 100% with the photos that accompanied that item on our website. While we do try to minimize such occurrences, you may rest assured that the item you received is either the same or as close as possible to the depicted product. Any return requested in such a case will be honored at full paid value, but associated return costs are not the responsibility of Sound Vision and are, therefore, payable by the customer.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Small items, such as individual CD/DVD media or lightweight soft cover books, which can be shipped USPS First Class, will have weights rounded up to the next full ounce instead.

Also, please note that while Sound Vision offers free shipping within the USA on orders of at least $75.00, and on Adam's World DVDs in any quantity, free shipping does not apply to large purchases made by a retailer, Masjid, school, etc. where a discount is given on the retail prices. In addition, orders involving excessively heavy items (e.g. large decoration kits) are also not eligible. Such items will indicate on the detail page that the actual shipping cost will be charged due to the weight.


Returns Policies

You may return any new, unopened products purchased on SoundVision.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. In addition, we will pay the return shipping costs ourselves as appropriate if the return is requested due to our error (you received an incorrect item, item arrived defective or damaged, etc.). Once a return is approved, no special RMA number is required - only the order number from the original purchase should be written on the outside of the box to ensure any credits are posted correctly.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
